A publisher has contacted me. How do I view the message?
Answer
- First, to access your messages, log in and click on the title of the submission that shows a message waiting.
- The next screen should show your full submission view. At the top of the screen are 3 tabs. Click on "Message Center."
- In the message center, you should see a window where you can write a reply to the latest message you received. Below that window are the messages sent from a particular publisher. If you're not seeing any messages, try the drop down menu at the top labeled "Select Publisher Contact" and choose a different publisher (if more than one has contacted you).
